(1) PSM Products Ltd. agrees to provide e-mail forwarding services based on alias e-mail addresses of the "the1st.org or the1st.co.uk domain names" all the1st.org and the1st.co.uk e-mail addresses remain the property of its registered owners and the users - individuals or organisations using the services agrees to receive the services according to the following terms and conditions. Users will be deemed to have read and understood the terms and conditions.

(2) PSM Products Ltd. reserves the right in its sole discretion to deny access and withdraw services for any reason.

(3) PSM Products Ltd. reserves the right to terminate the services forth with if its management considers the users' activities to be inappropriate or unsuitable.

(4) PSM Products Ltd. provides a service without any warranty what so ever, expressed or implied. PSM Products Ltd. its directors, employees, internet hosts, personnel of the internet service providers, or anyone else connected with the provision of the service will not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or special losses or damages by the use of the services to any users arising out of and not limited to: interruptions, delays, omissions, mistakes, negligence, viruses, file deletions, defects, errors, performance failures, thefts, destruction, loss of records, or anything else whether or not limited by acts of God.

(5) E-mail addresses and the service may not be used as return addresses for commercial e-mail solicitations, advertising, offensive or illegal communication, or any other illegal activities.

(6) Users may not transmit any abusive, obscene, threatening, libelous, criminally offensive, pornographic, trademarked, copyright or intellectual property material, Spam, unsolicited or otherwise bulk e-mail, or any other material deemed to be unlawful, or harmful material likely to cause harm or offence.

(7) The user agrees to indemnify, defend, save, and hold PSM Products Ltd. and its directors and all employees and any other individuals in the provision of the service harmless from any claims or demands, including legal fees made by any third party due to or arising out of the users use of the service or any other user of the authorised user's computer.

(8) PSM Products Ltd. reserve the right to change the terms and conditions or the service it provides. Notice of any changes will be posted to the users or posted on the same website where the service was purchased. Users continuing to use the service after the changes or modifications will be deemed to have accepted the changes and the modifications. Users not in agreement with any modifications of the service or changes in the terms and conditions can terminate the service.

(9) The user is entitled to cancel the service within seven working days from the date of subscription if the user has not received or transmitted an e-mail from any third party within the seven working days.

(10) PSM Products Ltd. accepts no responsibility or liability including but not limited to any information or content accessed through links to other website or any links forwarded via e-mail including any reviews carried out by PSM products Ltd. Users accept the sole responsibility for assessing and evaluating the services and or goods offered by us or any advertisement or any transactions carried out with third parties via our services.

(11) Fees are charged pursuant to registration particulars and are non-refundable after the intial seven day period. Renewal invoice will be forwarded to the name @the1st.org and the name @the1st.co.uk address prior to the expiry of the subscription of the service. Failure to pay the renewal fee by due date will result in the termination of the service and the name @the1st.org or name@the1st.co.uk maybe allocated to another user and PSM products Ltd will not be held liable for any damages or loss caused as a result.

12) Each user agrees that the terms will exclusively be governed in accordance with English Laws and jurisdiction of English Courts.

13) Any notices served to the user at users name@the1st.org by email will be deemed to have been received 24 hours after their transmission.

14) The above terms may be modified at any time without prior notice and are deemed to have been read and understood by the renter/s or their agent/s.
