Throughout this rental terms and agreement the owner/s of the domain names refers to the owner/s and the registrant/s of the domain names and the renter refers to the person or company renting the domain.

1) This agreement is between the renter (You or your company name) ____________________________________________________ and PSM Products Ltd. the company appointed to manage the domain names for the term of rental period of one year, with starting date ___________________________ and thereafter renewable on yearly basis.

2) Payments of £____________ are to be made at the beginning of the rental period and must be received as cleared funds before the domain name is pointed to the renter's website or servers.

3) At all times the ownership and control of the domain will be maintained by the owners and PSM Products Ltd. including that of the modification related to pointing of the domain to the renters website or servers.

4) The owner/s _________________________________________ of the domain names shall have the sole rights over the domain names copyright, trade or service marks or patents. In the event that the renter/s copyrights, trade or service marks or patents the domain name/s then such rights or licenses will revert to the owner/s of the domain names.

5) The renter/s of the domain name/s (domain names you want to rent) ___________________________ agrees not to use the domain name/s for or to facilitate any illegal activities and further agrees to abide by any local, national or international laws and regulations.

6) The renter/s agrees that the website to which the domain points to will not be used for any unlawful purpose and accept the sole responsibility for all material and content of the website, the renter/s further agrees not to use the domain name in any unsolicited mass email campaigns.

7) The user agrees to indemnify, defend, save, and hold the owners and PSM Products Ltd. its directors and all employees and any other individuals in the provision of the service harmless from any claims or demands, including legal fees made by any third party due to or arising out of the users use of the service or any other user of the authorised user's computer.

8) The owner/s reserves full ownership rights of the domain name including that of renewal or refusal of future rentals or sale of the domain name. The owner/s may offer at their discretion to the renter/s the first right of renewal of the rental.

9) The renter/s agrees to indemnify the owner/s or their agents without any limitation, demands or damages, or any losses arising out of the content on the renters website or use of our servises and products.

10) The renter agrees that failure to comply with the owner/s terms will result in forfeiture of the rental agreement and the domain name will be disconnected without any consideration of fees paid.

11) The renter is entitled to cancel the agreement within seven working days from the date of the agreement, after which the rented domain name will be pointed to the renter's website or servers. The renter is not entitled to any refunds for cancellations after the initial seven day period.

12) This agreement will terminate if any third party succeeds in its claim to the ownership of the domain name either through an appropriate domain name registry or any other court of law or if prior owner inadvertently allowed the domain name to be deleted and the renter will be refunded with the sum total not exceeding the rental fee and there being no additional claims for whatsoever, by the renter.

13) Any notices served to the renter by email will be deemed to have been received 24 hours after their transmission.

14) Each user agrees that the terms will exclusively be governed in accordance with English Laws and jurisdiction of English Courts.

15) The above terms may be modified at any time without prior notice and are deemed to have been read and understood by the renter/s or their agent/s.
